The Caribbean Premier League (CPL) has long been a stage for breathtaking batting displays — from towering sixes to record-smashing knocks. Over the years, several players have left fans awestruck with unforgettable centuries. Here’s a look at the top five individual batting performances in CPL history:

1. Andre Russell – 121 (2018)*
In one of the most iconic CPL knocks, Andre Russell blasted an unbeaten 121 off just 49 balls for the Jamaica Tallawahs against Trinbago Knight Riders on August 10, 2018. Power hitting at its finest, Russell’s knock included a barrage of boundaries and sixes that turned the game on its head.

2. Faf du Plessis – 120 (2021)*
The South African maestro Faf du Plessis lit up the tournament with a flawless 120 off 60 balls* for the St Lucia Kings against the Barbados Royals on September 4, 2021. It was an innings of elegance mixed with aggression, reminding fans why he’s considered one of the best in the T20 format.

3. Alex Hales – 119 (2023)*
England’s explosive opener Alex Hales hammered a scintillating 119 off 62 balls* for the Trinbago Knight Riders against the St Kitts & Nevis Patriots on September 17, 2023. A knock full of authority, timing, and fearless stroke play, it showed why Hales is among the most destructive T20 batters in the world.

4. Chris Gayle – 116 (2019)
When it comes to T20 batting, no list is complete without the “Universe Boss” Chris Gayle. Playing for the St Kitts & Nevis Patriots against the Barbados Tridents on September 10, 2019, Gayle smashed a fiery 116 off 62 balls, thrilling fans with his trademark six-hitting power.

5.Lendl Simmons – 100 (2019)*
Capping off the list is Lendl Simmons, who played a measured yet dominating knock of 100 off 63 balls* for the Trinbago Knight Riders against the Barbados Tridents on September 19, 2019. His century anchored the innings and ensured a commanding win for his side.
