As veteran international star Bhuvneshwar Kumar took the field to lead the Lucknow Falcons against the Noida Kings, the stands featured hundreds of young, aspiring cricketers who had traveled from different schools across the region to witness the action live.

During the match, UP T20 League Governing Council Chairman Dr. Sanjay Kapoor spent time interacting with the young fans, emphasizing the profound impact of this early exposure.
Reflecting on the initiative, Dr. Kapoor delivered an emotional message about the symbiotic relationship between the league and the state’s youth.
“These children are our hope, and we place our hopes in them. They are the future of Uttar Pradesh; they are the promise of tomorrow,” Dr. Kapoor stated. “I want to emphasize that their hope rests with us to provide the right platform, and our hope rests entirely with them to carry this legacy forward.”

“At this impressionable age, when children watch these stars, they instantly embrace them as role models,” he explained. “Once they look up to someone, they observe absolutely everything; their actions, how they speak, and even the smallest intricacies of their game. They draw pure inspiration from these players, adopt their work ethic, and put in the hard yards to achieve greatness themselves.”
