The speculation began after a video from Boojee Café in Bandra West surfaced on social media. The clip shows Jaiswal leaving the café while Mrunal is seen inside. Although the video does not show the two together or any romantic interaction, it quickly went viral, with several fan pages claiming they could be dating.
The rumours soon spread across social media, with fans from both the cricket and film industries discussing the possibility of a relationship. However, many users also pointed out that simply being at the same venue does not confirm a romantic connection. Some suggested the meeting could have been work-related, including a commercial shoot, brand collaboration or a casual professional meeting.
Neither Jaiswal nor Mrunal has reacted to the speculation, and there has been no official confirmation that the two are in a relationship.
The rumours have also sparked discussion about the pair’s age difference. Mrunal is 33, while Jaiswal is 24, making the gap around nine years, contrary to claims of an 11-year difference in some social media posts.
Interestingly, this is not the first time Mrunal has been linked with a celebrity. Earlier in 2025, the actress was the subject of dating and marriage rumours involving actor Dhanush, but both the actor and people close to them dismissed those reports as baseless.
