The International League T20 (ILT20) is set to host its first-ever Player Auction for Season 4 on September 30 in Dubai, just days after the conclusion of the ACC Asia Cup 2025.
Each of the six franchises will have the chance to add 13 players to their squads, bringing a total of 78 players into the auction pool. Players interested in entering the auction must register by September 10.
The six teams will share a combined purse of USD 4.8 million to strengthen their rosters.
ILT20 CEO David White said:
“We are delighted to confirm the Season 4 Player Auction date — Tuesday, 30 September. This is a major milestone as the league continues its journey toward becoming a world-class T20 tournament.
The auction gives our franchises a fantastic opportunity to add both local and international firepower to their squads.”
White also highlighted the significance of the Asia Cup 2025, set to be held in the UAE from September 9 to 28, especially for UAE players:
“The Asia Cup is a massive opportunity for UAE players to make a global impact ahead of the auction. Competing against top-tier T20 sides will provide them with invaluable exposure.”
