Winning the Man of the Match (MOM) award in the Indian Premier League is a recognition of a player’s match-winning performance. Over the years, several cricketers have delivered outstanding performances to win this prestigious award multiple times.

Here is the list of players with the most Man of the Match awards in IPL history.

1. AB de Villiers – 25 Awards

The former South African superstar was one of the most destructive batters in IPL history. Playing mainly for Royal Challengers Bengaluru, de Villiers produced numerous match-winning knocks and holds the record for the most Man of the Match awards in the tournament.

2. Chris Gayle – 22 Awards

5. MS Dhoni – 17 Awards

6. Yusuf Pathan – 16 Awards

Yusuf Pathan was known for his explosive batting and handy bowling, winning games for Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders.

7. Virat Kohli – 16 Awards

The leading run-scorer in IPL history, Kohli has been the backbone of Royal Challengers Bengaluru for many seasons.

8. Shane Watson – 15 Awards

Watson was one of the most impactful all-rounders in IPL history, winning matches for Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings.

9. Suresh Raina – 14 Awards
