Scenario 1: India Win Both Remaining Matches
If India defeat West Indies cricket team and Zimbabwe national cricket team, they will finish with 4 points from three matches.
- If South Africa national cricket team win all their Super 8 games, both South Africa and India will qualify for the semi-finals.
- If South Africa lose to West Indies, then South Africa, West Indies and India could all end up on 4 points. In that case, Net Run Rate (NRR) will determine the two semi-finalists.
- If South Africa lose both of their remaining matches, India and West Indies will progress.
