Before marrying Anushka Sharma in December 2017, however, the star cricketer used to be one of the most desirable bachelors in town. So it’s not surprising that the dating history of Virat Kohli is one for the books, boasting a bunch of popular names like actor Tamannaah Bhatia and Brazilian model Izabelle Leite. Tamil actress Sakshi Agarwal was reportedly one of Virat Kohl’s first girlfriends whom he dated before becoming famous. Unfortunately, not much is known about their relationship which, as it turns out, didn’t last long.

Much before Kohli made it big in Indian cricket, he was allegedly dating Miss India 2007, Sarah-Jane Dias. It was reported that Kohli and the Miss India alum were together for a year in 2008 after he became the Under-19 World Cup-winning captain. Though Kohli and Dias never said anything about their relationship in public, reports of the two being a thing garnered a lot of attention back in the day. However, later in an interview with Times Now, the actress dubbed their relationship as the “weirdest rumour she has ever heard” while setting the record straight.

The next name in Virat Kohli’s dating history belongs to actress Sanjana Galrani. In 2011, after being part of the ODI World Cup-winning squad, Kohli’s desirability went through the roof. Many people, especially models and actresses, were interested in him. One of those beauties was Galrani. The two met at Vijay Mallya’s party and started dating. Soon, pictures of the two surfaced on social media, giving rise to relationship rumours. However, both Kohli and Galrani kept stating that they were just friends. Eventually, once the 2011 IPL season ended, rumours of their alleged affair also dialled down.

Virat Kohli was also romantically linked with actor Tamannaah Bhatia. Relationship speculation about the two became rife in 2012 when they did a commercial together. Though it’s alleged that the two dated for about a year, neither has ever confirmed their relationship. Eventually, they went their separate ways when Kohli started seeing Brazilian model Izabelle Leite.

Kohli was romantically entangled with Brazilian model and actress Izabelle Leite in the year 2012 when she had just moved to India. The two met at a party and hit it off. People later saw them vacationing in Singapore, which made their relationship almost official. The duo allegedly dated for two years before mutually calling it quits in 2014. Later in an interview with film journalist Subhash K. Jha for Times Now, the actress, who was seen in movies like Sixteen (2013) and Purani Jeans (2014), confirmed that her relationship with Kohli was rather serious. She was quoted as saying, ”Yes, we were in a relationship for two years. This relationship ended with mutual consent.”

Virat Kohli and Ritika Sajdeh first met in 2010 during the Indian Premier League (IPL). However, speculation about the two dating each other only started doing the rounds in 2013 when Kohli was spotted on a movie outing with Sajdeh. This was right after the cricketer had returned from a trip to Zimbabwe and while he was already in a relationship with Izabelle Leite. Sajdeh seemed uncomfortable with the paparazzi trying to click their pictures and hid her face, further giving rise to the dating speculations. Later, Sajdeh married cricketer Rohit Sharma in 2015, while Kohli tied the knot with actor Anushka Sharma in 2017.
